We now offer rehabilitation services here for our residents and community.

What We Offer

A licensed therapist will perform an assessment and evaluation on every therapy candidate.

The therapist will then tailor a plan of care according to your lifestyle or goals.

Treatment or intervention will be provided by a licensed Physical Therapist to assist you with your recovery and/or goal achievement.

Documentation will be done at each session to accurately record your progress and modify intervention as needed.
